Therefore, this affordable space is ideal for holding small weddings or other corporate gatherings for our guests. For example, the wedding venue is tucked between the pine trees within the nearly 2 acres of Mt. Lemmon Hotel.
Host Your Wedding on Mt Lemmon in the Heart of the Catalina State Park
First, we provide a host of flexible packages for weddings or corporate events. Second, you can build a wedding package in the cool pine air with us. Our goal is to meet your needs and budget. Whether you want to host a small intimate wedding or renew your vows with just a few guests, or something larger we can customize a package. You must be a guest of the hotel in order to use the venue. Mt Lemmon Hotel has the ability to create a destination wedding experience, while still being a short drive from Tucson!
Mt Lemmon Wedding Venue Special Packages in Summerhaven start at $800 for a small ceremony during the week and $1600 over the weekend (Friday PM – Sunday AM).
- The wedding venue includes decorative chairs, lighting, and set-up/breakdown. Booking and coordination with the Community Center (optional if there will be a reception and additional fees will apply). The wedding venue can be set up for small/intimate ceremonies with the couple/a few friends and family members, or larger weddings. Each cabin can sleep a maximum of 4 guests (some cabins 5) and ensure that bridal parties have a place to stay at the end of the night.
Mt Lemmon Wedding Venue Partners in Summerhaven
We partner with the Sawmill Run Restaurant locally for food services. Wedding guests can also provide their catering options. Still, we strongly encourage our on-the-mountain partnering in Summerheaven on Mt Lemmon because of logistics and the distance to Tucson if something goes wrong.
We partner with Local Pastor Dale Moe (and part-time Mt. Lemmon resident) for religious needs. We also partner with Patrick Cunningham for non-religious ceremonies.
For an optional reception space – we partner with the Mt. Lemmon Community Center and would coordinate your date with them.
