Corporate & Group Retreats on Mt. Lemmon
Bring the whole team — or the whole family tree — up the mountain. Mt. Lemmon Hotel has 21 private cabins in Summerhaven that sleep up to 105 guests, all within a few minutes' walk of each other: your own alpine village for a corporate offsite, family reunion, retreat, or celebration. At 8,000 feet and 45 minutes from Tucson, it's close enough to be easy and far enough to feel like an escape.
Why Mt. Lemmon for Your Retreat
- One village, no logistics. Everyone sleeps in private cabins within walking distance — no busing, no room blocks, no strangers on your floor.
- Real kitchens, real downtime. Every cabin has a full kitchen, so groups can cook together, cater family-style, or hit the General Store and Iron Door for dinner.
- Productive by design. No cell signal distractions for most carriers on the upper mountain — teams actually talk to each other. Wi-Fi and DIRECTV are available in the cabins when you need to plug back in.
- 30°F cooler in summer. Meetings on the deck in the pines instead of a conference room with the AC struggling.
- Pet-friendly. 12 cabins welcome dogs with no pet fee (up to 3 per cabin) — so the office dog can come too.
Group Lodging: Cabins for Every Crew
Gathering Spaces
Cabins have their own decks, fire pits (where permitted), and plenty of picnic tables around the property — plus the village green and forest trails right outside. For weddings and larger events, our wedding & event venue hosts ceremonies and receptions: $800 weekday / $1,600 weekend (Friday PM through Sunday AM), with Sawmill Run catering available.
